I wanted to publicise the fact that Topshop Dress Up (Highly successful premium diversion for Topshop) are in need of some new stock!

The collections are really cool, but I see the same dresses still sat their week on week. You can't have 'limited edition' dresses that sell for 12 weeks!!

A Central St Martins Grad, Moo recently launched her new eyewear collection 'Baroque Eyes' sold in Browns (South Molton St)

I saw them in stylist recently and thought what true works of art. They feature porcelain details in a new and unique way, and I absolutley love them!

If you know me you know I love AquaByAqua. They have the most amazing dresses as well as really cool separates and jewellery.

Recently I bought this drop neck top which I teamed with a printed skirt from topshop. I hope you like. Cleavaging hell I know but, I just had to!!

On Oxford St a board hiding building work collapsed onto 4 passers by, they suffered minor injuries apparently. Lets hope they see the funny side!

McQueen Paris 2012

How amazing was Alexander McQueen at Paris fashion week. He showed lots of metal tones as well as the striking blood red you see below. Headware was heavily showcased, but done in such a sultry way with the lace scaling the models' faces.

On reflection, these shots of the marni for h&m have caught my eye and I have to admit when built together as outfits they look great.

Still, you wont catch me getting ripped off on ebay to get a piece of this.

Mind Mapping...

So I'm currently trying to brainstorm ideas for my FMP at college.  I need to come up with something unique, a bit futuristic, a bit out there, but commercial. Hmmmmm... I've had a few ideas but it is proving more difficult than I initially thought. I've set a mental deadline that I need to have a clear idea by the the 16th of March...

One Word - MARNI

Had to come on to weep and vent at Marni for H&M spring 2012. Sorry everyone but I hated the shapes, the colours and the pattern. I tried to like it, I sat for a while trying to like it but it didn't happen unfortunatley. I get the whole Mod 20's influence and there are some iconic shapes in there but not for me. I think this picture of Drew Barrymore sums it all up.

I'm sure it will be a very sucessful collection and there are super cool women who will rock it and make it look great but - not for me thanks.

Blessing in disguise I'm told as I've saved myself some money!

My first post!!

Good evening

My first post is dedicated to my current muse. Whistles Wisteria print. (LOVE). I purchased the jacket and trouser combo yesterday and I feel very warm inside.

I hope you'll agree a very wise buy given the amount of combination print on the runway this season.
